Shipping & Returns Policy:
Delivery
• Shipping and taxes will be calculated based on the country and
method of delivery and indicated at the time of checkout.
• Pay Cash on Delivery service is only available (in case of slots
availability) inside Emirates of Dubai, UAE.
• All purchases will be shipped and delivered through the known shipping
companies within 2 to 8 business days for United Arab Emirates, and may take
longer to shipping outside United Arab Emirates which varies from country to
another. You can track your shipment through the shipping company’s website.
Return & Exchange
Policy:
Our customer friendly return policy allows for a privilege of
returning eligible items within 3 days from delivery date so long as the
item(s), along with the Original Packaging is in the original state and
condition when purchased and received. Please inform us through one of our
contact channels first, in order to allow for a smooth return process. Refunds
will be made as per the mode of payment you selected during your purchase.
Returns are hassle-free, with no extra charge at Oud Dubai. If
you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please contact Oud Dubai
customer service at info@oudamber.ae or call us at +971568884695 from anywhere
within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange
process.
Conveniently, we will arrange the return for you. You could
contact our Customer Services Team to arrange a courier pick-up for your item
and a quick Return. To ensure you are within the Policy time frame for
returning your purchase, please make sure that you contact us as soon as you
have decided on returning an item.
Hassle-free and Peace of Mind, this is why we offer you certain policies
to ensure your happiness and satisfaction:
• Original receipt must be available for any customer to able to
avail the exchange policy. Any item intends to exchange without receipt may not
be entertained.
• At the time of exchange, our team members have right to check the date of
purchase and its validity and stable the original receipt with the exchange
receipt.
• Any refund or exchange will be within 14 days of the receiving date.
• If the items are sealed or wrapped products (eau de parfum, blended oil
perfumes, perfume bottles, filled wrapped incense or any similar such), it must
be in the same sealed and/or wrapped condition at the time of exchange.
• Our team members must get the management's approval through the area
supervisor for any refund purpose.
• Oud, Dehn Oud, Perfume Oils or any of the products, should be tested
carefully by the staff and the Weight should be exactly same as mentioned in
the purchase receipt. If the item or its weight is not same as it is by its
origin, Oud Dubai reserves rights to refuse the exchange offers.
Kindly – Check your item(s) as soon as you receive in order to
ensure a smooth timing for return policy within the conditional time-frames for
returning an item (see above).
Privacy Policy
Data
protection is a matter of trust, and your privacy is important to us. We shall
therefore only use your name and other information, which relates to you in the
manner set out in this Privacy Policy.
We will only collect
information where it is necessary for us to do so, and we will only collect

to make delivery of the product to you (for example to our courier or agent or
supplier).

our agent. You must only submit to us or our Agent or the Site information
which is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform

security reasons cannot be retrieved directly by us. However, you may access

the details of your orders that have been completed, those, which are open, and
those, which are shortly to be dispatched and administer your address details,

and Conditions of use at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms
and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By establishing membership on the Site or purchasing or using
products through the Site, you acknowledge and agree as follows:
1. Eligibility for Membership

withdrawn by Oud Dubai.
• If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the
authority to bind that entity to this User Agreement and that you and the
business entity will comply with all applicable laws relating to online

• No person or business entity may register as a member of the Site more than

2. Your Account and Registration Obligations
Oud
Dubai website user’s registration process requires you to:

• Agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of, and restricting

• In no event will Oud Dubai be liable for any direct, indirect or
consequential loss or loss of profits, goodwill or damage whatsoever resulting
from the disclosure of your username and/or password.
• You agree to reimburse Oud Dubai for any improper, unauthorized or illegal
use of your account by you or by any person obtaining access to the Site,
services or otherwise by using your designated username and password, whether
or not you authorized such access.
• Oud Dubai reserves the right to refuse or cancel any person’s registration
for this Site, remove any person from this Site and prohibit any person from
using this Site for if you provide any information that Oud Dubai determines,
in its sole discretion, to be untrue, inaccurate, and to limit or terminate
your access to or use of the Site at any time without notice.
3. Purchases

Order Processing
Oud Dubai may, in its sole discretion, choose to not process or to cancel your
order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product
you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been mispriced, we suspect the
request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances Oud Dubai deems appropriate in
its sole discretion. Oud Dubai also reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. Oud Dubai will
either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process
or cancel.

the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated full

Product Availability
The Oud Dubai Site may contain information regarding the availability of merchandise.

shipped immediately after you confirm your order. Unfortunately, Oud Dubai cannot
guarantee that an item listed as available will actually ship right away, as
inventory can change significantly from day-to-day. In rare cases, a product

• Oud Dubai’s responsibility ends the minute you receive your purchases. In
case of trading or returning any purchases, then you have to contact our
customer service.
• Pay Cash on Delivery service is only available inside emirates of Dubai, UAE
unless extended.

7. Buyer Protection
• If a
buyer has purchased an item and never received it or received an item worth
significantly less in value compared to what was described by the seller, the
buyer shouldn’t receive or accept the package and then inform Oud Dubai within 24
hours of receiving (or not receiving) the relevant item and Oud Dubai will
investigate the matter.
• Buyers should double check their purchases before receiving them and make
sure that it’s in an excellent condition and matches their order.
• All purchases will be shipped and delivered through the known shipping

8. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use and Service constitute the entire agreement
of between you and Oud Dubai regarding the specific matters herein, and all
prior agreements, letters, proposals, discussions and other documents regarding
the matters herein are superseded and merged into these Terms of Use and
Service.
9. Privacy Policy
A copy of the Privacy Policy that applies to the collection,
use, disclosure and other processing of personal information by Oud Dubai is
located at Privacy Policy’s Page. You consent to any personal information we
may obtain about you (either via the Site, by email, telephone or any other
means) being collected, stored and otherwise processed in accordance with the
terms of the Privacy Policy. Oud Dubai may update its Privacy Policy from time
to time, in its sole discretion, and post an updated version of the notice at
the website address provided above.
10. General
If any clause of this User Agreement shall be deemed invalid,
void or for any reason unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable and
shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of
this User Agreement. This User Agreement (as amended from time to time in
accordance with the terms of this User Agreement) sets forth the entire
understanding and agreement between you and Oud Dubai with respect to the
subject matter hereof.
No person who is not a party to this User Agreement shall have
any right to enforce any term of this User Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This User Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance
with, law. This clause will survive any expiry or cancellation of this User
Agreement for any reason.
